Wear sunscreen daily, it can protect you from UV Rays, it lowers your skin cancer risk, it prevents premature aging of the skin and it helps maintain an even skin tone.
Try to get more sleep, at least 7-8 hours. Research shows that consistenty getting 7-8 hours of sleep per night is beneficial…sleep booosts your immune sysytem , manages weight loss, and helps retain your memory.
